I have just sold my father's house at Keynsham through Davies and Way. Olivia Anstee was the Sales Negotiator and my main point of contact. I cannot praise her ...enough for her calm, professional but friendly approach and for her support and sensible advice at all times. She also displayed an excellent and up to date knowledge of the local area and the marketplace which was very helpful. She was initially helpful in advising me how to best market the house; then she was proactive in keeping me up to date with the outcome of viewings; and when i had accepted an offer continued to keep me up to date with progress. Olivia always replied to emails and phone calls straight away and always kept me up to date. Olivia's colleagues were also helpful and pleasant throughout. I spoke on occasion to David, Anne and Karen who always knew what was happening and were able to answer my questions when Olivia was out of the office. Karen particularly was very proactive in progress chasing the detail of the sale. Davies & Way are far and away the best estate agents for miles around Keynsham. If you are looking to sell or hoping to buy, you'd find it difficult to engage a more helpful team of experts to guide you through the process. In particular, I'd single out Anne Longega, as someone who really OWNS any task you set her. She has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the local market. You'd be hard pressed to find someone better informed on what is happening in the local market than her. She uses that knowledge to help you get where you want to be. She works fervently for you and will happily go out of her way to get the job done properly. Time and time again she has exceeded my expectations, delivering up pragmatic and positive advice whatever the situation. That said, she works with a great team whom I have always found to be supportive and sensitive to my needs and no matter whom you deal with at Davies & Way, you'll be in good hands. Davis and way did a fantastic job in selling my property in keynsham. Despite having to sell the property 3 times in almost 12 months, their enthusiasm and determination never wavered. Then when my new build plot was finally available - at short notice - they sold my property in just 3 days so that I did not loose the house I'd been waiting for. At every point, the team have gone above and beyond ( even advising me when I was deciding if I should purchase my lease or not) to support me through the sale of my property. After buying our previous house from Davies and Way and being so impressed with the service provided by Karen, when we made the decision to sell it on, we knew ...we had to give Davies and Way an opportunity to provide a valuation. David was precise and professional and bought literature showing the numerous recent sales they'd achieved with similar houses in the area. After appointing Davies and Way we received numerous offers on the table within a matter of days. Olivia showed us round some potential properties and was personable, straight talking and pointed out the pros and cons of each property. Upon finding the exact property we'd been looking for, we had the pleasure of dealing with Karen throughout the sale and purchase of both properties. Almost 5 years after dealing with Karen previously, the level of service she provided was as thorough and informative as it had been previously. Every email was responded to within minutes or a couple of hours at most, and Karen was honest about setting realistic expectations throughout. She liaised with all parties involved seamlessly and gave the impression nothing was ever too much trouble - an absolute star! I cannot speak of the team in Keynsham highly enough and would without doubt recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.
