He has over a quarter of a century of property experience and local knowledge. Brought up in Saltford and still living locally with wife Elaine, his expertise in the local market place is unrivaled. He undertakes marketing appraisals and valuations and has a very hands on approach to the business also advising developers and corporate clients. Stephen is a qualified property auctioneer and letting agent with experience across other disciplines including commercial and agricultural property and valuations for taxation purposes, specialising in probate.
