Dawn Sandoval a dynamic high performer started her career in Estate Agency in 1998 when she decided her strong sales background would be perfectly implemented within the housing market. Spending her first 18 months of Agency in a large high street nationwide corporate company she quickly progressed throughout the company continually meeting and achieving high targets.
In 2000, Dawn moved to Canary Wharf joining a prestigious independent Agent and continued to grow in both her experience and knowledge as well as her career. Very quickly being promoted to Sales Manager and then studying for her National Association of Estate Agents Technical award which resulted in her recognised qualification and membership to the NAEA she was then promoted to Head of Residential Agency Dawn specialised in high end sales and looked after both the sales, lettings and property management teams taking the residential side of the company to new levels of business. A professional valuer and regular contributor to the local property press Dawn thrived on the amount of recommendation she continually received in her 10 years of continued service with the prestigious company.
Today Dawn is very much enjoying the independence that having her own company gives; she prides herself in enjoying all aspects of property which includes sales, rentals, property management, interior design, as well as her bespoke property search service.
