We are a family owned and run, totally independent agent, open to the public for the first time in January 2009.
Debbie is the principal director and major shareholder and has an enormous amount of experience, working at The Clock House valuing homes since 1978. Over the years, she has dealt with literally thousands of sales covering North Somerset and Somerset, including the Wrington Vale, the Yeo Valley, the Chew Valley and The Mendips.
The team at Debbie Fortune Estate Agents aim to make the experience of selling a property as stress free as possible, and we believe the core values of service and personal attention to be vital to our success. We offer a face to face service; we recognise that our clients and customers lead busy lives and, whilst the internet and the call centre system can be very useful, it is so much better to do business on a more personal level, and we hope we will be able to help you.
Following our success in 2010 as Regional Finalists in the HSBC Start Up Stars Business of the Year Awards and our win at The Negotiator Awards 2010 as Best New Estate Agent in the UK, we have recently been awarded yet another honour, as Runners Up in the North Somerset Business of the Year 2011 awards.
Debbie says, “Now, in our fourth year of trading as Debbie Fortune Estate Agents, I could not be more pleased with our progress. From a modest start with just three of us, we now employ 11 people. I feel immensely proud of all of them, they are simply the best team I have ever worked with and they all ‘go the extra mile' to look after our clients''.
Although our heartland is in the Wrington Vale and the Yeo Valley, we also now sell village and country homes in the whole county area south of Bristol, including the Chew Valley, the Somerset Levels and the Mendips.
