    Initially our valuer will agree with you a reserve price below which we will never sell your property without your permission

    Next we immediately place your property on-line and into our internet auction which works similar to e-Bay

    At the same time we will advertise your property 24-7 on the internet, in branch & in the paper

    Buyers can make bids direct to our auction head office in Newcastle, in this branch or via the internet

    If you accept an on-line bid, the auction will be stopped and the buyer will pay a deposit to secure your property

    He will then be expected to exchange contracts within 28 days of a sale contract being received by his solicitors

    If we get lots of buyer interest, we will take your property to a live auction room with an auctioneer where buyers can bid in person
