    Letting is a good way to obtain a regular income from a vacant property. People choose to let for a variety of reasons, for example they may be unable to sell the property and therefore decide to let instead; they may be working away for a period of time and intend to return to the property in the future or simply may have decided to invest in a property in the hope of receiving a better overall return on their capital.

    We find the tenant, complete all documentation then manage the property on a day to day basis for a monthly management fee (usually taken as a percentage of the rent collected).     We carry out professional survey and valuation work for private individuals, solicitors, companies and institutions such as banks and building societies. Our aim is to provide a personal service where the Surveyor will also be available, personally, to discuss any aspect of the survey work he/she has carried out.
