    OUR FESS & WHAT WE DO

    Most tenants are now reliant on the internet to search for properties. As part of the marketing of your property we ensure that your property appears on all the major portals including Rightmove and On The Market. We also use Social Media to market your property using Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

    We offer two fee options: option 1, is a LET ONLY service for £350 plus VAT payable when the tenants sign. This includes professional quality photography, letting brochures, to let board, accompanied viewings, referencing of prospective tenants and completing all the necessary tenancy paperwork.

    Option 2 is the MANAGED service; this option includes everything involved with the let only plus the management of the property, quarterly inspections and collection of rent. The fee for this service is 8% plus vat, payable every month along with a set-up fee of £250 plus vat, which is payable when a new tenancy begins.

    From instruction to the successful letting of your property, we will keep in touch with you throughout, giving a first class service.
