    Paul Morrey, Business Manager
    Paul's expertise lies in business and sales management, and it is his role to support and develop the team at Edward Mellor, Marple, to deliver the very highest levels of service and resources for clients, providing all their property and financial needs under one roof.

    Mark Smith, Property Consultant
    With over fifteen years' estate agency experience, Mark has been at the helm of Edward Mellor in Marple for the past five years. Mark was born in Truro, but moved to Marple at the age of five and, apart from two years living in South Africa at the age of nine, Mark has lived in Marple ever since. Needless to say, Mark knows the area like the back of his hand and his knowledge of the local housing market is second to none.

    Mark says "Marple and the surrounding areas are true home to me. It is a great place to work, live and bring up a family.     Rachel Doran, Sales Negotiator
    Rachel is a Marple girl through and through. She grew up in Marple and, after a 20 year career in TV production with the BBC, Rachel returned to live in Marple and has been a Sales Negotiator at Edward Mellor Marple for the past six and a half years.

    Rachel says "I see my role as working closely with both vendors and buyers to understand their needs and priorities,  to help them find their perfect match and achieve their home-moving goals. I'm passionate about the local community and the Marple area as a great place to live and work and I pride myself on my knowledge and experience of the housing market here."

    Jake Walton, Sales Negotiator
    Jake joined Edward Mellor in September 2015 as a trainee Estate Agent after completing his BA Hons in Accountancy and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University. Jake has lived in Mellor for the past ten years, so Marple branch of Edward Mellor was the obvious place for him to develop his estate agency career.

    Jake says: "Providing the very highest levels of customer care and communication are my top priority when working with clients to help them sell their houses and find the perfect new home. It's great to work in my local community using my knowledge of the Marple area on our clients' behalf."

    Angela Hamblett, Sales Administration Team Leader
    Angela has over 25 years' experience in the property and financial services sector and has been with Edward Mellor for 14 years. Angela's specialist role is to ensure that all our clients' house sales reach their ultimate completion.

    Angela says: "Once an offer is received on a property, my team take over and manage the process to make sure the sale goes through. This means detailed liaison with clients, solicitors, other estate agents and buyers. We build up a close relationship with our clients through the process, staying in constant communication and keeping them informed every step of the way. My team leave no stone unturned and nothing to chance when it comes to progressing a sale on behalf of our clients. Perseverance, dedication, communication and enthusiasm are the qualities we use every day."
