Free Property Appraisal

We provide a free property appraisal with advice and guidance on how to best present the property to the market and also suggest a suitable monthly rental fee. We will discuss our service and fees at the market appraisal.

Management Service Include

Contact potential tenants using our extensive computerised database

The preparation of full rental specifications including floor plan

Fully accompanied viewings

Negotiate rental price

Obtain credit check and references

Prepare the tenancy agreement

Arrange an EPC* (if required)

Arrange a Gas safety & Legionella certificate* (if required)

Collecting of monthly rental payment and paying it to the landlords' nominated account by BACS

Ensure the bond is taken and held in an account that complies with the DPS guidelines

Advise on Video Inventorys* and accompany the tenants whilst they move in and move out against the inventory

Take readings for the utilities and inform the Council Tax department

Provide advice and support regarding the collection of rent arrears and the service of any official notice if required

Sharon is another member of the Edwards family (Lisa's cousin) and was previously a Branch Manager for BT and O2. Her customer service skills are fantastic and she is always positive, bubbly and smiling.

Edwards and Daisy-Mae absolutely love coming into work - they have their toys and beds in the office upstairs and have regular visitors to the office who bring them treats.
