    Sue Davies - Director 
    Sue is a Director of the company and oversees the Lettings department. She is responsible for the implementation of our rental processes and the interaction with governing bodies such as ARLA and the RLA. She works on behalf of our landlords making sure they are compliant and oversees all the changes in the rental regulations introduced by central Government. Sue enjoys socialising and spending time with her family and two grandsons.

    Sheila is one of our rental experts and has been in the industry for many years. She has lived and worked in the town for most of her life and has invaluable knowledge about the local area. She is an extremely experienced member of staff looking after a portfolio of properties and is the interface between landlords and tenants ensuring that the management of their properties runs smoothly. Sheila plays the bass clarinet and has been a part of the Bury and Ramsey concert band for the last 14 years.
