    Kevin is a respected property professional and joined enfields as a trainee in 2002. He quickly rose through the ranks while winning many accolades along the way. In 2006 Kevin was promoted to Branch Manager and in 2008 was offered the opportunity to own the Bitterne office. Today he oversees and manages a strong team of property experts, as well as taking a very hands-on approach he personally oversees each and every let through to completion. Kevin is truly local, he was born at The Princess Anne Hospital in Southampton. His Dad grew up in Townhill Park and attended Beechwood and Bitterne Park Schools while his Mum spent her early years in Botley. Kevin has been happily married to Jenna since 2011.

    Adam Barnes - Lettings Manager
    Adam originally hails from Cheshire and moved to Southampton in 1990. He went onto university in Plymouth where he studied internet technology and application. Before his career in estate agency Adam worked for Cheltenham and Gloucester in mortgages, here he grew an interest in property and this led him to enfields. Adam has now worked for enfields for a decade gaining many skills along the way. He has a wealth of knowledge in the local market and is well respected by all clients he comes across. For the last 16 years Adam has annually traveled to the south of France with a charity to transport and assist with the looking after and hands on care of sick and disabled people. Adam has been happily married to Sarah since 2014 and became a Dad for the first time in 2015.

From here Rio made the decision not to follow the traditional route of going on to University, his parents own their own business and this led him to wanting a more hands on education so decided to embark on an apprenticeship. Rio has now completed his "Business Administration Intermediate Apprenticeship" with enfields and has been promoted to a Sales Consultant, he has a great skill for matching people to property and hopes this will lead onto a long and successful career in Estate Agency.

        Enfields were the agent handling the flat we have purchased. Sam showed us around the flat on more than one occasion and was always friendly and professional. Then the fun began. The vendor's solicitor has to be the most unprofessional on the planet. Kevin, and on occasion Adam had the unenviable job of chasing up the vendor and his solicitor over a period of 5 months... yes; you read that right, 5 MONTHS, and then report back to us. I cannot fault Enfields who were brilliant throughout. A special mention has to go to Kevin who had the most contact with the vendor and his solicitor (when he could get hold of the solicitor). He was positive and bubbly throughout but had great sympathy for what we were going through. I think the whole thing may well have fallen through if it wasn't for his efforts.
