I wouldn't normally do reviews like this but wanted to share our experience and recommend others to take advantage of this excellent company.
I brought Darryl on board after a week of frustration with a different agent. My previous agent had messed me around for a week in their efforts to produce a very mediocre set of sales particulars. I invited Darryl around and he demonstrated that he had an eye for detail and managed to produce first class sales particulars with stunning photos, 100% correct on first draft.
He found a large number of prospective buyers and bent over backwards to accommodate viewings if we were unable to do them. I had total confidence in his ability to showcase our home.
Darryl’s hard work paid off and we found a buyer and agreed a great price. This is where Darryl really came into his own. His efforts after sale were much appreciated and were in stark contrast to the efforts of other agents in the chain and other agents I've dealt with in the past.
