10% of rental income per calendar month Plus a one off £240 set up fee
Example: If the monthly rent was £500, the fee would be £50 per month + £240 set up fee (one off payment). Inclusive of VAT.

Fully Managed charges

12% of rental income per calendar month Plus a one off £240 set up fee
Example: If the monthly rent was £500, the fee would be £60 per calendar month + £ 240 (one off payment)

Tenant Permitted Payments and Fees

As tenants, as well as paying the rent and bills, you will also be required to pay the following payments:

Pre tenancy:

A holding deposit of 1 weeks rent

A bond of 5 weeks rent

During your tenancy:

Payments of up to £50 for any changes to be made to the tenancy agreement

Interest payments on late rent at a rate of 3% for rent late by more than 14 days

Payment of a reasonable cost to cover the replacement of any lost or tenant damaged keys/security devices

I sold three properties through Evans Lee in a nine-month period. The first property sold in 4 days and the others within 2 weeks. I have nothing but praise to heap upon Simon and Amy whom I appointed to sell these properties after finding myself impressed by their approach when they showed me round a property in Fulwood early in 2013. They set themselves apart from the crowd by choosing not to apply the tedious standard estate agent phrases designed to place pressure on the viewer and extract an offer. Throughout the processes of selling the 3 properties Simon was available whenever required and dealt with all aspects of the sales, which made for a streamlined and stress-free experience. I was also impressed by his willingness to conduct viewings on my behalf when I was unavailable, and to do such viewings at a time that suited the viewer. Having seen him provide a viewing previously I knew I could trust him to present the properties in the best possible light, which indeed he did; sales were secured on the Greystones and Dore properties immediately following viewings he conducted.
