FAC Properties forms part of the FAC Group which encompasses a very successful independent financial practice and a market history leader in sales.
In April 2000 Andrew Harvey, managing director formed the Financial Advice Centre at Hamley’s Corner in Par. He was responsible for expanding the company which now has five offices and six financial advisors. The Financial Advice Centre has worked hard to establish a reputation for honest straight forward advice and has now become one of the largest Independent Financial advice practices in Cornwall. In November 2008 Andrew and his wife Patricia opened a sister company, FAC Properties which is now a highly successful lettings company.
FAC are established in the sales and lettings in Bodmin and now have a residential lettings team with vast experience, ready to grow in the St Austell and surrounding areas. Andrew Harvey has appointed a dedicated lettings manager called Neil Swann and has in-depth experience within the residential lettings. There are a team of five lettings staff to deal with all rental requirements. Neil Swann said “Myself and Andrew have the same philosophy in that we like honest, straight forward advice and excellent customer service.” Neil went on to say “We are providing a friendly, professional service that can react very quickly to the demands of the rental market, we also provide second to none after service in our property management package.” Andrew is committed to making FAC Properties a success across Mid Cornwall.
