The Property Ombudsmen provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between sales and letting agents and consumers who are actual or potential buyers or sellers or landlords or tenants of residential property in the UK. 

    Office of Fair Trading 

    The OFT makes sure that estate agents such as Felicity J Lord act in the best interests of their customers at all times under the terms of the Estate Agents Act, and that both buyers or sellers are treated honestly, fairly and promptly.

    With a long background in Sales, Stuart has worked in varying roles from management to sales in estate agency, two spells being within the company during a period of over 15 years. His wealth of experience within property exceeds most ensuring any problem is not too big to overcome relying on previous knowledge and contacts to reach a successful conclusion. Having a clear vision and understanding of customers' needs Stuart is always prepared to go that extra mole to reach the eventual goal. A family man, Stuart lives within the local area and having moved over from Essex in his youth has adopted the area with open arms.
