    We know what it's like to live and work in London so we open later than most Agents. We take an increasing number of enquiries from 6-10pm. That's why we're available late and at weekends.

The Property Ombudsmen provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between sales and letting agents and consumers who are actual or potential buyers or sellers or landlords or tenants of residential property in the UK. 

    Office of Fair Trading 

    The OFT makes sure that estate agents such as Felicity J Lord act in the best interests of their customers at all times under the terms of the Estate Agents Act, and that both buyers or sellers are treated honestly, fairly and promptly.

    Sam Samad - Senior Branch Partner

    Sam joined Felicity J Lord in 2001 as a Trainee Negotiator. Promotion followed promotion quickly afterwards thanks to his phenomenal sales figures and he was promoted to the position of Branch Partner in 2004. Since then, there has been no stopping him and he has continued to break records not just within Felicity J Lord but also among estate agents in general across London.
