The Property Ombudsmen provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between sales and letting agents and consumers who are actual or potential buyers or sellers or landlords or tenants of residential property in the UK. 

    Office of Fair Trading 

    The OFT makes sure that estate agents such as Felicity J Lord act in the best interests of their customers at all times under the terms of the Estate Agents Act, and that both buyers or sellers are treated honestly, fairly and promptly.

    Adam Wolfryd - Senior Branch Partner

    Adam opened the first Felicity J Lord office in the City back in 1999. Expansion came quickly with several new offices spreading throughout London and in 2002 Felicity J Lord's Canary Wharf office opened for business. Adam grew his market share quickly and by 2007 Felicity J Lord's Canary Wharf branch was one of the most successful within the group and is a market leader in E14.

    Andrew Gartan - Senior Negotiator
    Andrew has a long standing association with the London property market and after a successful career in the international money markets has returned to estate agency.     John Saville - L&NH Head of London Division
    John started his property career as a trainee surveyor at Bruton Knowles in Gloucestershire. Moving to London he was amongst the first intake of Persimmon Homes Graduate Training Programme. He took up a position as a regional sales manager at Persimmon South East initially looking after rural schemes and then pioneering their move into the prime London market. In 2004 he moved to the Spicerhaart group where he has run the London region since.

    Firstly he achieved a very good sale price. I had been advised that similar properties in the area had been sold for £350,000. Ultimately the sale price was achieved through time, effort, skill and commitment.
