    We know what it's like to live and work in London so we open later than most Agents. We take an increasing number of enquiries from 6-10pm. That's why we're available late and at weekends.

Founded in the late 1990s by Spicerhaart, parent company of Felicity J Lord, Magic Moments supports children with life-limiting illness under the care of hospices.     ARLA  

    Felicity J Lord fully supports the Association of Residential lettings Agents (ARLA) code of practice.  Formed in the early 1980s, ARLA is the main industry body for lettings agents and letting agencies in the UK, ensuring member agents adhere to strict codes of practice at all times. 

    NALS  

    Felicity J Lord is also a member of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). NALS is an independent licensing scheme for lettings and management agents, which ensures that all members provide defined standards of customer service, are part of a Client Money Protection Scheme and operate a customer complaints procedure with independent redress. 

    SAFEagent  

    Felicity J Lord is one of the original supporters of SAFEagent, a Government backed kitemark that denotes firms that protect landlords' and tenants' money through Client Money Protection Schemes. 

    The Property Ombudsmen  

    Felicity J Lord is a full member of The Property Ombudsmen (TPO). The Property Ombudsmen provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between sales or lettings agents and consumers who are actual or potential buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants of residential property in the UK. 

    Office of Fair Trading  

    The OFT makes sure that estate agents such as Felicity J Lord act in the best interests of their customers at all times, and that both buyers and sellers are treated honestly, fairly and promptly.

    Jamal Gormati - Lettings Manager

    Jamal is one of the longest-serving managers at Felicity J Lord having started in 2002 and seen the company grow into one of London's market leaders. His in-depth knowledge of Clerkenwell and the industry itself has proved invaluable and as such has one of the highest retentions of landlords in the company if not the industry. He has a simple philosophy of providing a customer service he would expect himself and has won a host of company awards along the way. He is also a proud recipient of both ARLA 1 and ARLA 2 certificates.

    Charlotte De Carli - Lettings Negotiator

    Charlotte is an immensely popular member of the team and applicants are always praising her for her professional attitude and approach since arriving in 2008.     Nicola Smart - Deposits Manager
    Nicola deals with the end of the property management process. An integral part of the team, she serves tenants notice as well as books check outs so that all move outs run smoothly. Nicola will then deal with the process of releasing the deposit to the tenant and assist the landlord when they may need to make deductions from the deposit.
