The Property Ombudsmen provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between sales and letting agents and consumers who are actual or potential buyers or sellers or landlords or tenants of residential property in the UK. 

    Office of Fair Trading 

    The OFT makes sure that estate agents such as Felicity J Lord act in the best interests of their customers at all times under the terms of the Estate Agents Act, and that both buyers or sellers are treated honestly, fairly and promptly.

    When we decided to put our flat on the market, we met three companies including Michael Whittaker from Felicity J Lord. I liked Michael straight away and felt that he was someone I could trust. Not only that but he appeared knowledgeable. That all proved absolutely true.

    The sale was complicated because my parents were selling the flat downstairs so we had two sets of viewings and then two sets sales to sort out. The two Michael's and Victoria conducted all the viewings perfectly. Neither sale was straightforward but Michael Whittaker always kept in touch, was always patient and gave us excellent advice.
