Felicity J Lord, Wapping Wall Lettings

Chris has been with Felicity J Lord for over five years. He started with the company in June 2007 and progressed through the ranks before taking over management of the Wapping branch in April 2010. Since his arrival at Wapping, he has taken the business to a new level with the branch now being one of the market leaders in the area. With his friendly, approachable nature, coupled with local knowledge due to him previously being a Wapping resident, Chris has forged excellent relationships with all forms of cliental, with one of the branches key focuses being excellent customer service. In August 2012, Chris was awarded the NFOPP Award in Residential Letting & Property Management, one of the industries highest certifications.

Rebecca joined the Wapping team in November 2010, bringing with her a wealth of administration experience. Her knowledge and personality have both proven to be highly valuable, with her bubbly and hard working nature making the entire moving experience that much more enjoyable for her customers. One of Rebecca's main roles is to be a rock for customers to turn to during extensive referencing and background checks, while also providing support to the other staff in the branch. Rebecca was recognised for her outstanding performance when she was awarded Administrator of the Quarter in 2012.

Ignazio started his career in Felicity J Lord when he joined the Wapping branch in September 2011. Although he was new to the industry, Ignazio brought with him a superb work ethic and natural people skills which have resulted in a constant flow of glowing references. Ignazio's determination to deliver customer satisfaction resulted in his promotion to Lettings Negotiator in April 2012.

Ross joined the Wapping team in March 2011, having previously built his customer service skills while working for Moss Bros and Hugo Boss. Despite being a relative new starter, his natural drive and determination to succeed has seen him progress rapidly through the ranks to his current position as Lettings Negotiator. Ross' reputation as a gentle giant has endeared him to both customers and colleagues alike, while his hard working nature will surely help fulfil his aspirations of one day managing his own branch.
