    Steven Brown
    As proprietor of Fine & Country Kingswood, Steven has over 25 years of estate agency experience. He handles all of our valuations and land and new home sites and his local knowledge and contacts in and around the local area are second to none. Steven set up his first estate agency in 1989 in Worcester Park and is still trading there as Browns Residential. He lives locally in Kingswood and has two lovely girls. Steven also has a keen interest in cars and motorbikes and has owned a few classics in his time!

    Zoe Cox
    Zoe has worked for Steve for over 15 years. She is an experienced negotiator and is also responsible of overseeing all aspects of our marketing and promotional activities. She is also a keen photographer and takes all of our property images for our website and marketing material. Prior to helping Steve set up his Fine & Country office in Kingswood, she also worked at Browns Residential. Zoe takes great pride in providing a first class service to vendors, landlords, purchasers and tenants.

    Lyn has worked at Fine & Country Kingswood for 3 years, but came here with 7 years experience as a successful negotiator. She not only sells many of our fine homes, but also is heavily involved in monitoring the sales and ensuring that they ultimately proceed to a successful completion. Lyn keeps our long list of house-hunters updated with the latest listing information and has received a huge number of compliments from house buyers and sellers alike.
