As proprietor of Fine & Country in Kingswood, Steven has over 30 years of estate agency experience. Steven set up his first estate agency in 1989 in Worcester Park and called it Browns Residential. In 2008 Steven purchased Kingswood Homes, re-branding the office as Fine & Country and more recently in 2016 he purchased Asprey Estates thus creating Fine & Country with Asprey Estates based in The Estate Office on Woodland Way.

- Ben's career in estate agency spans back 25 years or so and during this time he has worked for some of the largest property firms in the country. Ben was born in Wimbledon Village and grew up in nearby Oxshott. He was educated at Lancing College and now lives in East Sussex with his wife and three children. Ben manages both Asprey Estates and Fine & Country from The Estate Office.

I have worked for Steven for over 26 years and in 2009 we brought Fine & Country to Kingswood. I have worked through every market imaginable, the good, the bad and most recently the pandemic. I feel it has provided me with the experience and knowledge that I have today. For me, the sales progression is undoubtedly the most important part of our job. Making sure I see a sale through as smoothly as possible, from beginning to end, giving our vendors and buyers as much help and feedback throughout the process is an essential part of the job and our Google reviews seem to suggest I do a good job of it. I've never lost the fire in my belly selling homes, matching someone to their dream home is still one of the greatest feelings.Since a young age I have had a great interest in cars, old & new, renovating many in my youth - you could possibly class me as something of a petrol head. At the weekend my ideal way of relaxing is long countryside walks with our highly energized cocker spaniel, ending up in our local pub and then home for the Formula 1.
