    We work with local search agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors to offer a truly bespoke solution to acquiring a Fine and Country property. We very much look forward to working with you. The Fine and Country sales team comprises of four very different personalities who have individual skills and strengths in different areas of the market, but they all have one common ethos, high quality service and a good team spirit to not only make their working environment a pleasure to work in but also for their clients to feel at ease. With over 40 years experience between them any seller or buyer can have assurance that this team are true professionals within the industry.

    Jan von Draczek - Director
    I have been in the property industry for over 30 years, having worked in high end sales in Central London and country house sales in the East of England and East Midlands, which means I bring a wealth of property experience and knowledge to Fine & Country. My enthusiasm and dedication to produce a successful outcome for my clients shine through and my willingness to help around the clock only proves my work ethic. Some of my key strengths are my work ethic, innovative thinking and enthusiasm which allowed me to grow our office reputation and market share since 2019, when I acquired the F&C Rutland, Stamford & South Lincolnshire Licence. Me and my team are passionate about property presentation and PR and one of our main focuses is to provide our clients with outstanding marketing. We are very proud that our hard work has been recognised and rewarded with multiple awards at The United Kingdom Property Awards in two consecutive years.     Ildi Toth - Client & Office Manager
    After obtaining a Master's Degree in Hungary in 2005, I moved to England to expand my business career. Joining Fine & Country in 2015, I brought with me sales and marketing experience on a national and international level. I enjoy working in a dynamic sales environment within an ambitious team and pride myself in providing the highest level of customer service. Combining my love of photography with creativity enables me to create tailor-made brochures to our clients. I am solely responsible for our office's brochure production and enjoy designing property particulars and other type of marketing literatures. Receiving much positive feedback on our marketing gave us the confidence to enter in The United Kingdom Property Awards, first in 2020, where we have won five property accolades, and then again in 2021 where we took home 9 awards, including 'Best Estate Agency Marketing United Kingdom' and 'Best Estate Agency Single Office United Kingdom'. We have also won two awards at the annual Fine & Country International Conference in 2020 and we have been awarded Excellent Sales in The Best Estate Agent Guide 2022.

    I started my career with Fine & Country in 2020 where I've has been studying to become a qualified Junior Estate Agent. I am well equipped to help you find your dream home and assist in selling yours so you can move onto a new adventure. Using my artistic skills, I have created some admirable advertising by working closely with advertisers and publishers and, most recently, I contributed to the production of our new regional magazine, Finest Collection. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym to keep up a healthy lifestyle, cooking, and playing the piano. I also love spending time with my family dog, an energetic black lab who thrives on attention and a chase around the garden.

    Christine Brown - Property Consultant
    I am originally from a background in sales before joining the Fine and Country team and incorporating the other skills I had honed from a previous career in the civil service. In that role I gained qualifications in person centred counselling, and I have found that effective open communication is vital within this industry and paves the way for smooth transactions and good relations with all concerned in complicated negotiations. I was instrumental in securing one of the biggest sales for the business last year. A Yorkshire girl at heart, I moved to Stamford and its villages almost twenty years ago, predominantly for its excellent transport links balanced with its excellent quality of life. I have raised two, now grown up, daughters in the area through local clubs, primary and secondary schools. I really enjoy the café culture of Stamford and around and to counteract that calorific hobby I enjoy power walking and regular dance classes. I have a passion for fashion, an enviable shoe collection and of course as a Northerner I love a bargain. I am very happy in such a personal client focused role and approach each instruction with the individuality that everyone deserves. It is a privilege to assist clients in what is one of the biggest moves in a lifetime and I pride myself on combining my skills, local knowledge, and enthusiasm to deliver the best outcome for all.

    I grew up near Oundle and after a few moves I am back living in a beautiful Northamptonshire village. My early working days were in the equestrian world which included making use of my teaching qualifications and an interesting time with young racehorses. Alongside my passion for horses, I started to work for Savills. This was a good introduction to the property world. I have worked for Fine & Country for over 10 years and my experience of the horse world (I still ride) is useful when somebody is selling, or searching for, a home with a 'horsey' connection.
