    Our carefully designed brochures have a magazine style that is beautiful to look at and pleasurable to read and we can adapt a marketing campaign to suit your individual needs with national, regional and local advertising which also aims to entice prospective buyers to visit your home. 

    Additionally a strong internet presence and a user-friendly website ensure information on your home is available at the touch of a button or screen, while our experience Chewton Rose staff are on hand from 8am to 10pm, every day of the week, to offer you their support and guidance through the entire marketing and sales process.

    Belinda Bishop - Branch Partner
    Belinda started her estate agency career in Spain during 2001 where she was selling new homes before moving into the resale market. Having started as a junior she quickly worked her way up to Branch Manager of the most successful branch in the company. On her return to South Wales Belinda joined Darlows in Llanishen as a Sales Negotiator and within 12 months she was the Manager of Haart of Fishponds. After a successful 12 months in Fishponds she retuned to the South Wales market, eventually joining Chewton Rose in February 2014 as branch partner.

    James Hogan - L&NH Regional Sales Manager
    James came into Estate Agency 7 years ago after building several houses in the UK and also France. After progressing through all the branch ranks (from Trainee Negotiator to Senior Manager of the flagship office in Bristol) James was promoted into Land and New Homes in 2009 as a Regional Manager, Joining spicerhaart in 2011. He now covers the South-West region from Swindon to Plymouth including Wales.
