    How We Market And Manage Your Property

    We will conduct viewings with all interested applicants. Once you have accepted an applicant, they will undergo comprehensive referencing by our trusted referencing specialist. Once you have fully approved a tenant, we will carry out an inventory of the property prior to the agreed move in date: the inventory will provide you with a full, in-depth report of the condition and contents of the property, including photos.

    During the length of the tenancy, our experienced property manager will be the point of contact between your tenant and yourself, allowing for a professional distance from your tenant.

    We can arrange for any maintenance works to be carried out by our experienced contractors, though we will always seek your approval first.

    We will conduct regular inspections of the property and a comprehensive report including photographs will then be sent to you, giving you peace of mind that your property is being looked after.

    We will also monitor the dates for your Gas Safety, Electrical and EPC checks and keep up to date on legislation.

    At the end of the tenancy, we will also carry out a check out report, this will be compared with the original inventory and will serve as evidence for any deposit disputes.

      Once leaving the Army, I joined an Estate Agency in Milton Keynes where I quickly found that the third core belief of the Army; self-discipline, is essential in this sales role.
