We feel it is important to support the local industry by using local contractors, running with the ethos that we would never send a contractor to a property that we wouldn't send to our own.

Most importantly we ensure our fees our kept low to save you money. Our fee's are printed clearly within our terms of agreement and will be explained in full during the valuation of the property. There are no hidden fee's, small print or surprises. We keep abreast of all other agent charges to make sure we are competitive in the market place.
