    Letting Services
    All of our terms of business are deliberately made easy to understand, and our fees transparent, to mirror the outstanding service and honesty we offer.

    We offer two different service levels to our landlords. The first is "Find Tenant Only", for the more hands-on and local landlord, where we do all the work to advertise your property, identify and reference your tenant and move them in, before you take over collecting the rent and managing the property on a day to day basis.

    Secondly, we offer Full Management, usually aimed at landlords not living close to the property they are letting, or anyone with less time or inclination to get involved in the daily grind of managing a property. With this service a landlord can simply hand over the keys and we will do the rest, you can have as much or as little involvement as you like.

    FleetMilne offer a first class sales service, borne out of our award winning lettings experience. We aim to have you an offer within 8 weeks of marketing and stand out from our competitors by the common sense, research and hunger we apply to every property we market.     Nicola Fleet-Milne - Managing Director
    Nicola, in her own words, "owns the place" and is the ambition behind the brand. She spends most of her time out of the office, networking, driving the brand and setting up relationships across Birmingham. Her focus is marketing the brand (did we mention she's into branding...?) and making sure everyone is aware of the company and the excellent reputation we have.

    Jennie Dale - PA and Office Manager 
    Jennie is our Office Manager and Personal Assistant, supporting Nicola and Ben to make sure they are in the right place at the right time. She deals with a lot of the office admin and supplies, plus exciting things like coordinating HR and Health & Safety; all the juicy essentials for a successful company. She is based in the office but can often be found out and about running errands.

    Kirsty is originally from Worcestershire, but she fell in love with Birmingham when studying Events Management at the University of Birmingham.     Here at FleetMilne Debbie works with the lettings team by taking enquiries and conducting viewings all over the city.     Toby Gatehouse - Sales Negotiator
    In February 2014 Toby joined the FleetMilne team as a Sales Negotiator. Toby is located in our sales office at Waterfront Walk, by the Mailbox. His job is to negotiate any sales and investments for the business, be it carrying out appraisals, property viewings, negotiating prices and coordinating the sales process. It is also his job to make it run as smoothly as possible.

    Jessica Beeson - Marketing Executive
    Jess' job is to communicate with our markets, increase brand awareness and coordinate the general marketing of the company. In her own words, all the fun stuff! Jess is also on the Leadership team for BPS Birmingham Future and sits on the board of the Birmingham Metropolitan Enterprise Academy.     Narinder is our Accounts Administrator, she is responsible for all finance issues in the office, and supports the whole team with any accounts queries that may arise. She ensures that all the rents are collected on time, and believe us when we say you don't want her chasing you! She also ensures that landlords are paid on time, which keeps them very happy.
