    For our fully managed service the only additional fee you will pay is if there is a change to the Tenancy. Unlike other Agents we arrange all routine maintenance, repairs and safety checks with no uplift fee, the charge to you is the cost of the works, there are no hidden fees!     Your property will be advertised on Rightmove, Zoopla our own website and in the Sentinel Newspaper ensuring maximum exposure.

    Compliance

    We use an independent company to run a full check on all tenants over the age of 18, this includes a right to rent check.

    We also use an independent company to carry out a full inventory before a tenancy commences, this reduces disputes at the end of a tenancy and ensures that if a deposit does need to be retained the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) have the independent inventory to base their decision on.
