    We have our own portfolio of properties so we know what service should be offered to you. We know as landlords you want peace of mind that your property has good quality tenants with minimal fuss.

    The company was established in 2004 by Danny Steel and Peter Mitchell to look after their own properties. They were soon asked by family, friends and clients if they would manage their properties as well, from this Ganaden Properties was established.

    Since then we have formed a fantastic team who run the daily operations of the office. Each member has a wealth of knowledge in their chosen field and are here to welcome you to Ganaden Properties.

    Peter is currently vice-chairman of the Waveney branch of the Eastern Landlords Association. The body represents the general views of the Associations Members, Local Authorities, National Authorities, Parliament and other body's that have jurisdiction over, or an interest in, private letting's.

    We manage hundreds of properties and have been successfully trading for over eight years. We have a large number of our own properties that we let , so we know exactly what you require as a landlord.

    If your deciding to let out your home we know what a daunting prospect this can be. Rest assured that we will look after your property just as we would our own.

    You can search all of our available propertie here on Rightmove, property listing is subject to change.

    -Our opening hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday.

    -We have an out of hours emergency line which is accessible  via our main office line.

    -We do not take multiple applications for available properties and work on a first come first serve basis.

    -We take a maximum of 5 working days to assess your full application.

    -We accept Housing Benefit Tenants with a full guarantor.

    -Pets at Landlords discretion, additional fee's will be required.

    Danny has been part of the local business network since the early 1980's. Originally starting out as a financial adviser and a partner of the Finance Shop, after 20 years he retired to focus on the running of Ganaden Properties in 2008

    He understand that it takes hard work to build a solid reputation and he isnt afraid to put his head above the parapit to ensure that Ganaden's high service standards are maitained.

    Danny is an experienced landlord himself and has both the personal and industry experience to ensure that the advice and service received by Ganaden clients is superior to the competition.

    Peter Mitchell- Partner

    Peter has been involved with property for over 10 years and as a hands on partner he is always on the front line dealing directly with tenants and landlords alike.

    His knowledge of the lettings industry has seen him in front of Government Ministers in Parliament representing the views of landlords and the lettings industry. As Vice Chairman of the Eastern Landlords association he is constantly ahead of changing legislation within the industry.
