    Graham Hutchinson MNAEA, Sales Principal
    Graham has spent his working life in the Estate Agency profession which now extends to over 35 years. Graham is as tenacious and dedicated to giving the very best service today as he has been throughout his career. The majority of Graham's career has been spent working in Burnham on Sea and he is a well-known respected professional by both the business community as well as by the general public alike and is proud that the majority of the business he receives is through the recommendation of happy clients. Outside of work Graham is a very busy grandfather to four and loves nothing more than being surrounded by his wife, three children and his grandchildren whilst making them something delicious to eat (hopefully!).

    Matt Jakeman, Assistant Sales Manager
    Matt has worked locally in Estate Agency since 2004. Matt is a highly motivated professional and prides himself on giving a high level of customer service and his tenacity to see sales through from offer to completion has seen him continually recommended by vendors and purchasers alike. If you are looking for an Estate Agent to see you though a sale and or purchase giving you an often forgotten 'old fashioned service' then Matt's your man!! 
    Outside of work he loves to spend time with his family, taking part in a number of sporting activities, listening to live music.

    Louise started her career in Estate Agency over 30 years ago and has gained a wealth of experience over the years enabling her to offer knowledgeable advice and assistance to both buyers and sellers. Louise is continually being complemented for her hard work, understanding and tenacity and goes the extra mile to help with what can be a stressful time. Outside work Louise is always busy with her family but still manages to find time to fulfill her other passion of singing and can often be seen entertaining the crowds in and around the pubs and clubs of Burnham and surrounding areas.

    Sam is the backbone to all the often unseen but vital part of the smooth running of what is an exceptionally busy office. Having started with Berrymans in 2001 Sam has become a vital part of the well-oiled machine that is Berrymans and someone who we all rely on enormously. Outside of work Sam is a talented artist enjoying painting water colours and enjoys spending time socialising with friends and family.

    Bev is currently studying for her Level 3 technical award 'sale of residential property'. She has a great passion for matching potential purchasers with the right property, and understanding the stress and insecurities people may have during the selling / purchasing process and therefore strives to support and guide clients through the process as smoothly as possible.
