Gary Berryman Estate Agents are local independent sales and lettings agents established in 1995. Specialising in residential and commercial sales and lettings, the partners Gary Berryman FNAEA and Paul Gass FNAEA both live locally and between them have 50 years estate agency knowledge in the area. Their experienced, professional sales team also live in the locality and are well known faces in the area. Andrew Ashfold who assists Gary and Paul in valuations and property sales has been an estate agent in the area since 1977.
The full time sales office team are Jane Withecombe, Negotiator, who has been with the Company since 1997 and Samantha Court, secretary, who joined the Company in 2001, they are assisted by a team of part-time staff who are all trained to provide the best possible customer service. The lettings department is managed by Paul Gass and his assistant Penny Coleman who both have a wide knowledge of the local lettings market and pride themselves in being Burnham’s number one High Street Lettings Agents.
