Gascoigne Halman is the area’s leading independent estate agency, a privately owned company established in 1990 by its current Managing Director, John Halman, with the aim to excel in all aspects of the property business. The Hale Office which opened in 1990 is led by Phillip Diggle supported by his experienced team of staff with a wealth of property and local knowledge. Having over 15 years experience in estate agency Phillip has worked in the Trafford region for the last 10 years and has in depth knowledge of the local market place and property matters in general.
Hale and the surrounding areas has a diverse range of property with prices ranging from £100,000 to £15 million covering all types of property and location. The village of Hale has a large variety of restaurants, coffee shops and individual designer boutiques along with the benefit of the high street banks and Tesco Metro and Sainsbury Local outlets. The area is always popular with families as there are excellent local schools in both the state and private sector. Hale is served by the rail network having a station in the centre of the village. Road and motorway networks are easily accessible along with Manchester International Airport less than 10-15 minutes travel time away.
