Welcome to a different kind of property rental
  • paragraph

We are Get Living London, a new residential owner and rental management company. We don't require security deposits, don't charge fees and we offer longer tenancy agreements with built- in flexibility, so you can feel settled in your new home but still have the freedom to change. It's a new way to rent and to live in London's newest neighbourhood: East Village.

    We're flexible

New job. New partner. New baby. In life things change, and at Get Living London we don't penalise you for that. That's why we offer flexible tenancy agreements: choose from one, two or three-year terms.

And if things do change, you can simply give notice to end the agreement at any time after the first six months. If it turns out you need a bigger (or smaller) place in East Village, we'll help you find one, with no extra fees to pay.

    We listen
When you're renting, you often need answers or assistance. So at Get Living London, we're here to listen - and respond. We see that as our job, which is why our team get rewarded for the service they give you - not for giving you the hard sell. You can even talk to our CEO if you need to: just ask and we'll give you his number. We're on your doorstep when you need us, in the background when you don't.

    We're here
From 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 6pm at weekends, you'll find our resident Get Living London team in the Get Living London management office, next to Stratford International station. In addition, we have an emergency response team, located at East Village, who are available 24/7. And if something can't be easily fixed, we don't mess you around - we replace it. It's better for all of us if your home and neighbourhood are in good shape.
