    David Hardwick, Divisional Director
    David joined Goadsby in 2001 having previously worked in the finance sector. He has progressed over the years, managing the busy Broadstone branch since 2006, and now overseeing Wimborne, Broadstone and Ferndown offices in his role as Divisional Director. David has an in depth knowledge of the local market and prides himself on high standards of customer service. David lives locally in Poole, in his spare time he tries to keep fit taking part in local running and cycling events.

    Claire Martin, Associate Director
    Claire started with Goadsby in 2012 in our Poole office. Her determination and drive to offer excellent customer service has seen her progress in her career to Associate Director of Lettings; overseeing the Broadstone, Ferndown and Poole offices. Using her knowledge and experience Claire has built a strong reputation with local landlords who value her honest approach. She is a motivated individual who thrives on all the challenges the job entails. Claire enjoys socialising with friends and family and also keeping fit and being outdoors.

    Jim Doerr, Managing Director Residential
    Jim joined Goadsby in 1992 and has worked in numerous branches across the group. Promoted to Divisional Director in 2006, Jim oversaw our largest ever new homes development at Harbour Reach, Poole with sales achieved in excess of £54 million. Jim was promoted to Joint Managing Director in 2018 and having an eye for detail and being a systems man ensures that all the teams that work under him are focused on providing a quality service. He currently oversees our Western offices in, Weymouth, Preston and Bridport as well as Blandford, Wimborne, Ferndown and Broadstone. Jim has a passion for football and when not at work can be found on the touchline cheering on his two sons who he coaches for a local junior club.

    Mark Sanderson, Residential Lettings Director
    Mark joined Goadsby in 2005 after returning from travelling round the world. He started as a trainee negotiator in Bournemouth and has progressed through to his current role as Director overseeing the Residential Lettings department. He uses his teaching experience to run the training courses for our new lettings recruits. Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children and plays basketball for the Bournemouth Razors competing on a regular basis around Dorset.
