    Matthew Coombs - Sales Manager
    Before joining Goadsby to start a career in estate agency Matt had spent a number of years working in catering and helped to run a variety of popular local restaurants. His catering background has provided him with a clear understanding over the importance of excellent customer service which he has carried forward into his estate agency career. Now with over 10 years' experience in the estate agent industry he has developed a deep understanding of the residential property market and his professionalism and friendly approach has ensured he is particularly well regarded by his clients, with many of them returning to him time and time again.
    In his spare time Matt enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys a game of badminton and has a real passion for food spending time in his kitchen cooking interesting and exciting dishes. Matt also has a keen interest in cars and motorsport.

    James Dennett - Joint Managing Director
    James joined Goadsby in 1989 operating in Residential Sales. He is responsible for running the company's Residential Land Division and our seven most Eastern sales offices and was promoted to Joint Managing Director (Residential) in 2018. Having dealt with local, regional and national developers over many years he has an extensive knowledge of the market place and the requirements of homeowners, landowners and developers alike. James lives in Bournemouth and is married with 3 children.

    Jacqui Sinnetta - Lettings Manager
    Having joined Goadsby in 1999 Jacqui has been successfully managing our busy lettings department in the heart of Salisbury. Jacqui has built a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Lettings, so much so, she now has her own successful portfolio of rental properties.Jacqui lives close to Salisbury and in her spare time tries to spend as much time as she can with her family. Jacqui also has a great interest in psychology, creative arts and music.

    Mark Sanderson - Residential Lettings Director
    Mark joined Goadsby in 2005 after returning from travelling round the world. He started as a trainee negotiator in Bournemouth and has progressed to Director overseeing the Residential Lettings Department. He uses his teaching experience to run the training courses for our new lettings recruits. 
    Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children and plays basketball for the Bournemouth Razors competing on a regular basis all over Dorset.
