    James Dennett - Joint Managing Director
    James joined Goadsby in 1989 operating in Residential Sales. He is responsible for running the company's Residential Land Division and our seven most Eastern sales offices and was promoted to Joint Managing Director (Residential) in 2018. Having dealt with local, regional and national developers over many years he has an extensive knowledge of the market place and the requirements of homeowners, landowners and developers alike. James lives in Bournemouth and is married with 3 children.

    Rob Ward - Associate Director
    Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the existing team in Southampton. He was brought up within a military family but during his informative years he enjoyed a career on cruise ships often sailing in and out of Southampton, working within hospitality. During this time Rob not only travelled the world but he developed an understanding of customer's needs. Rob joined Goadsby in 2004 and since that time has built a strong reputation for his attention to detail and is very passionate about what he does. His primary aim is to deliver his clients with honest and realistic advice at all times.

    Laura Digby - Associate Director
    Laura joined Goadsby in 2008 as the office administrator for the Southampton office, giving support to the busy lettings department. The student market is Laura's speciality dealing with hundreds of students each year. In 2010 Laura was promoted to Administration Manager and more recently to Associate Director and currently ensures the smooth running of the whole department. Laura has lived in Southampton since 1998 and likes to read and go out for meals with her husband in her spare time.

    Mark Sanderson - Residential Lettings Director
    Mark joined Goadsby in 2005 after returning from travelling round the world. He started as a trainee negotiator in Bournemouth and has progressed to Director overseeing the Residential Lettings Department. He uses his teaching experience to run the training courses for our new lettings recruits.Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children and plays basketball for the Bournemouth Razors competing on a regular basis all over Dorset.
