    Rebecca Rogers - Sales Manager
    Rebecca previously worked in customer services for a large supermarket, Rebecca joined Goadsby in 2016 at our hugely successful Blandford Branch and quickly established herself as one of the top performing negotiators across the region. Rebecca has now progressed to Sales Manager of our busy Wimborne office. 

    Her enthusiasm and dedication to providing the very best service to all the office clients make her a very valued member of the team.

    Having lived in Dorset most of her life she knows the area incredibly well and enjoys going to the cinema and on family walks in the surrounding countryside in her spare time.

    Adam Ford - Lettings Manager
    Adam began his career with Goadsby in 2012 and has now successfully managed the Wimborne & Blandford Lettings Departments since 2015, building an outstanding reputation for an efficient, professional and friendly service. 

    Over this time he has developed extensive knowledge and has a wealth of experience within the lettings industry. With a strong focus on community involvement. 

     In his personal time Adam enjoys hiking the Jurassic Coast and playing golf.

    Richard Farnes - Divisional Director
    Richard joined Goadsby in 1998 at our Wareham Office, being driven and focused on customer service, he was soon quickly marked out for promotion and helped to open & run the successful Wimborne Office. 

    In 2006, Richard became manager of our Canford Cliffs Office, where he specialised in the marketing and sale of homes of distinction in the upper market. Richard was promoted in 2010 to Associate Director and is now overseeing Wimborne and Ferndown offices in his role as Divisional Director. 

    Richard has an in depth knowledge of the local market and prides himself on high standards of customer care.

    Jim Doerr - Residential Managing Director
    Jim joined Goadsby in 1992 and has worked in numerous branches across the group. Promoted to Divisional Director in 2006, Jim oversaw our largest ever new homes development at Harbour Reach, Poole with sales achieved in excess of £54 million. 

    Jim was promoted to Joint Managing Director in 2018 and having an eye for detail and being a systems man ensures that all the teams that work under him are focused on providing a quality service. He currently oversees our Western offices in, Weymouth, Preston and Bridport as well as Blandford, Wimborne, Ferndown and Broadstone. 

    Jim has a passion for sport and when not at work can be found on the touchline cheering on his youngest son and his football team or dozing in a deckchair pretending to watch his eldest son play cricket.
