The Directors have worked with a number of the large developers such as Bellway Homes, Persimmon, Barratts & Millwood Homes and alongside many of the smaller more local developers. We are experienced in all aspects of sales from one bedroom apartments through to country estates with large amounts of land, equally we manage a high level of local properties for landlords that may have only one buy to let investment through to landlords with portfolios of properties, we pride ourselves on having a very short period of time between tenants for all of our managed stock and rent all ranges of property from small one person properties to larger country houses.
