      All we require is a 30 minute appointment in which we take details & photographs of your property.

      You will also be required to sign a 1 page agency agreement which will allow us to fully market your property across all the best property portals and social networking sites.

      By law you are required to supply an energy performance cirtificate, we have made special arrangments with Epc 4 Less who can visit the property and carry out an epc and a set of floor plans for a very competitve fee of £55.

      If you do not live at the property or if you prefer, all of our paperwork can be completed via email and we will happily take your instruction on that basis.

        Relieved to find ourselves looked after 
        We recently bought a property from Goodwin Ellis in plumstead, our first home. To be honest we had the usual mixed experiences (mainly poor) from various estate agents and so were very relieved to find ourselves looked after by this great team. We found the staff hugely accommodating, helping us with negotiations and also very flexible in the lead up to exchange and completion in terms of booking in workmen for quotes. Our solicitor also found them very easy to deal with. I cannot recommend this team enough, they are genuine and good at their jobs. We felt looked after and would without question go to them to sell our property. Part of their charm is that they are a small firm and therefore had a very different approach to some of the more aggressive larger agents that give the industry a bad name. If you are looking for a home to buy or sell use them!
