    With 18 Years experience in the local property market as a valuer, Liam is the co director/owner of Gordon Brown Estate Agents. Liam has worked the Low Fell property market and has gained invaluable experience in selling houses in all housing market conditions. As a company we do not bid for your home, neither do we look to value your home extremely low just to get the quick sale. Liam will give an honest, detailed and justifiable valuation based on his extensive knowledge of the local property market.

    Joan Ball - Sales Progression Manager
    Once your sale has been agreed, your case is then passed to Joan Ball our sales progression expert, where you will be informed, often on a daily basis, of the progress on your sale. Through the 37 years of Joan's estate agency career, she has built up invaluable relationships with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage lenders and she is often the glue that holds a sale together. Joan will often go the extra mile in order keep a chain together. As a result, our average fall through rate is extremely low.

    Gail Reay - Sales Negotiator
    With 22 years experience in sellling houses in the Gateshead/Low fell property market, Gail's role is simply to match the right buyers to our vendors and negotiate the best price the market will pay. Gails experience in selling houses is invaluable, she will often give hints and tips to clients in order to make their home more appealing to buyers.

    With 9 nine years experience in selling houses, Jackie knew she would have a passion for estate agency. Jackie has 10 property developments under her belt and has gained a wealth of experience in that sector of the market. Jackie is there to help any would be developers to maximise their properties to achieve the best price. Like Gail, Jackie's main role is to negotiate  offers and obtain feedback from viewers. However, she is also a very confident and capable valuer, therefore is able to give you an honest and detailed valuation based on her weath of experience.
