        When we bought through Gould & Harrison some 8 years previous my wife and I both said they dealt so well with the transaction that we would have no hesitation in using them again. We decided to go on the market and got a valuation from an internet agency and another 'big' high street name. Both were very pushy in trying to get us to sign on the dotted line even before they would give us a valuation and fee structure. In both cases the agents left (reluctantly) after an hour of boring us. Having recalled our conversation I gave Gould and Harrison a call and Nigel offered to visit the very next day.

        He arrived professionally and after a quick walk around the house (and with our old details in hand) he left saying he would be in-touch. Within an hour he had submitted a valuation and laid out everything we needed to know on an email and left us to chew it over. We instructed him later that day and we were on the market within 4 days. During the process Jo, Lee, Nigel and Corin could not have been more helpful and dealt with the whole negotiation process too knowing exactly what price we wanted to settle on.

        It may have taken a little while longer than we all expected to complete the process but their sheer hard work and determination proved they were definitely the only agents we would choose to recommend.
