    Application Process
    To book a viewing, the prospective tenant must meet an affordability benchmark, to ensure they are eligible and pass through our referencing procedure. The applicant must be in full time employment, have been in their current role for more than 3 months and earning a minimum salary of RENT PCM x 36 per year. If there are multiple applicants, the total combined yearly salaries must be at least this amount.

    If you can not meet these requirements, you must provide a UK guarantor.

    To ensure the guarantor is eligible, they must be in full time employment, been in their current role for more than 3 months and earning a minimum salary of RENT PCM X 36 per year.

    If you can not meet either of these requirements, the full rental term must be paid in advance, for example, 6 or 12 months rent in advance.

    The tenant is responsible for all utilities, council tax, broadband and TV license.

    Traditional deposit equivalent to 5 weeks Rent.

    Once you have viewed a property, should you offer be accepted, a holding fee equivalent to one weeks rent is required to reserve the property, this balance will then contribute towards your first months rent.
