The company was established in March 2005 by Chris Ray and Andy Graves opening the first branch in Beverley. Success in Beverley led to another branch in York in December 2005, headed by Denise Baker. 2007 has seen the opening of our third and fourth branches in Pocklington and Driffield with Darren Hodgkinson and Jon Sheppard respectively joining as Directors. In January 2008 the York office moved to superb new Grade I Listed premises in York that provides an additional show case for our extensive range of East Yorkshire properties.
