    James joined H&H in July 2021 having worked for another estate agent previously. James enjoys working as part of the close-knit Carlisle estate agency team, as clients get to know who they're speaking to and he feels part of something fresh that is being built upon and improved. 

    In his spare time, James enjoys trips away, visiting friends in other cities, or having little solo adventures. He's also really close with his family and friends in Carlisle, so the rest of his time is taken up spending time with them.

He has a wealth of knowledge in property in the Cumbria area and opened the new branch in Penrith in January 2016.

Her main ambition is to continue working at H&H after she has completed her apprenticeship and is qualified in marketing and social media.
