Derrick Hackney & John Leigh formed their partnership in 1982 and started with three offices in Windermere, Kendal and Ambleside . Expansion over the years has created the present coverage of 7 offices, with the addition of Kirkby Lonsdale, Arnside, Grange-over-Sands, and more recently Carnforth, giving thorough coverage of the Lake District National Park, South Lakeland, The Kent Estuary and The Lune Valley.
The emphasis has always been on the professional approach and in providing quality service. The practice now has four Chartered Surveyors and more than 40 staff, most having been with the company for many years.
