    Joanne has worked within the residential lettings market since 2002 for a local and well regarded independent agent. During her time there Jo progressed from office receptionist to Lettings Manager gaining an unrivalled knowledge of all letting related matters in and around Worcester. Joanne has been involved in letting all manner of property from one off bedsits to country houses and large property portfolios for investor clients. Joanne joined Halls in March 2015 to further expand and lead the existing Lettings Department and we are delighted to have her as part of the residential team in Worcester.

    Alison joined our Worcester office in October 2005 as Residential Administrator covering the Worcestershire market. During that time she has witnessed the Halls and Humberts eras and some ups and down in the property market. She has NVQs in both Business Administration and Estate Agency, having worked in agency since 1994, when she joined Phipps & Pritchard from college as office junior.

    Rachel joined our Worcester office in April 2012 after relocating from Yorkshire where she had qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and as a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2010. Rachel specialises in all rural professional matters including estate management and valuation and is a RICS Registered Valuer.
