    Hamptons International Earlsfield & Southfields Sales Office opened in Summer 2015 in response to a growing demand for experienced estate agents in SW London. Our broad, double fronted façade is ideally placed opposite the train station guaranteeing plenty of passing foot traffic. Whilst Hamptons is new to the area, our local knowledge is extensive, with applicants referred from all over our network, including out neighbouring offices in Putney, Wimbledon, Battersea, Balham, Clapham and Fulham.

    James Weston, Sales Manager
    James has been an agent for over 14 years, working for small, medium and large agencies and gaining experience throughout prime central London as well as a little further out. He has seen both the best and worst of markets as well as everything else in between. As a local resident living a 5 minute walk from the office and a shell-shocked new father, life really does revolve around Earlsfield and Southfields for him. This is due in large to the amazing facilities for families and children in the area as well as the fact that many of his friends have also made the move from North of the river in the search for more space and starting families. Outside of work, and when he can escape fatherhood, James is a keen Tennis player and is a member of the local tennis club as well as the odd round of golf when he can.

    Cormac O'Kane, Senior Negotiator
    Cormac has worked for Hamptons for the last five years in and around South-west London giving him perspective on what each area has to offer. Aside from his daily property sales role as Senior Negotiator he also owns a property up in Hull and so is a landlord and D.I.Y. property renovator, well equipped to offer advice on most aspects of property. In his spare time he can be found exploring the path less travelled around London looking for hidden gems or, unfortunately for his neighbours, playing one of his many musical instruments!

    Molly Bashford, Team Administrator
    The newest member of our team Molly has only worked for Hamptons since June 2016. She has joined as the office administrator and with her keen eye for detail and organisation it has taken her no time at all to get the office running the way she wants. Molly is a fast learner as she is keen to move up the Estate agency ladder and has moved to London to make this a reality. From growing up in the countryside Molly has a keen interest in Eventing, this means early mornings and lots of driving back to Herefordshire so she can exercise her horses and take part in competitions. She's also interested in Skiing and Netball.

      I thought I would drop you a line in regards to the recent purchase of our 1st flat on Ravensbury road. I understand you maybe Cormac's manager, so, best person to send this too! In this day and age praise is not always shown and sometimes, estate agents come with a bad reputation! I have to say Cormac was simply outstanding from start to finish. On our first meeting, he showed us 4 flats, and of those 4, we would have happily put in bids for 3 of them, the 4th flat was nice but the other 3 blew that one away! He understood our brief and didn't try to 'up sell' out of our budget or offer things that were close to our brief and try to do the 'cross sell'. All the way through the offer process he guided us 'freshers', in the purchase of a property, with great advice and no question was too small for him to help us. When we were getting to the business end he managed our expectations and sometimes when we were frustrated, he calmed the situation and made us see sense and explain the situation and why these things take time. Even when he was out of the office on annual leave, he would answer emails and go above and beyond the call of duty. We are 5 days into our new purchase and we couldn't be happier. When people ask that age old question of, Oh, How was the purchase? and how were the Estate Agents, with that look of - am sure it was painful - I have only great things to say about Cormac & Hamptons and the way he represented Hamptons with professionalism at all times. Moving forward in the world of purchasing property, I will have to say a call to Hampton's will be the first phone call we will make.
