Harbour Properties, Warton
Harbour Properties was established in January 1996 as a franchised office of Leading Agencies and quickly established a quality residential lettings and property management portfolio.
Unfortunately, the Leading Agencies franchise folded and the proprietors decided to continue their good work under the Harbour Properties banner to establish a truly independent agency.
Harbour Properties went from strength to strength and is currently one of the leading letting agents covering the Fylde coast, Preston Docklands and the Fylde Villages.
One of the directors was asked to become a director of the newly formed UK Association of Letting Agents in 1988 and Harbour Properties has been involved with the Assocation since then. The UK Association of Letting Agents is proud to boast of a significant national membership and is also justifiably proud of the recognition from government agencies in consideration of legislation and focus opinion on issues affecting the private rental sector.
