    Richard is our 'Mr Positivity', the engine behind our brand and business! Persistently banging on the door some 17 years ago with huge enthusiasm and a cheeky smile, Richard landed the job of tea boy and trainee. A huge dose of enthusiasm and an exhaustive collection of industry knowledge later, he has ended up in the driving seat leading his incredible team to achieve incredible results. Richard's day to day activities usually start at 5am ('A beautiful part of the day!' says Richard) and covers talking (a lot!) listening (even more!) and specialist property advice from his unique marketing style through to achieving record prices for clients. (It's no surprise many become good friends!) When he isn't pounding the beats behind a much loved drum kit he can be found in the company of his wife and four children (yes four!) leading a busy pursuit of family activities including country walks with dog Bertie where Derbyshire is a favourite.     SUE MOORES - SALES MANAGER
    Sue is our very 'first lady' of the property world!  Recommended time and time again Sue goes above and beyond to get the job done with many home-movers are on their 3rd and 4th move with us. Sue's drive and approach is infectious amongst everyone here and we half expect to find regular coffee mornings happening in the office with the number of people she invites in to 'see the difference and meet our team', which by the way is absolutely fine! When not hosting legendary house parties or gatherings, Sue can often be found in the company of friends and family. You would think with her now three young adults all making their way in the world she'd have more time for herself, but she is the absolute lynch pin of the family and can cook a mean Sunday roast which always entices them back!

    WILLIAM POLE - SENIOR VALUER
    The original rock-a-billy valuer! William once sported a 6 inch quiff and travelled the world with 'Gerald' his double bass (I know we can't believe it either!) before returning home from teaching in Japan and joining Hartleys in 1996. Having studied Surveying at Newcastle and De Montfort Universities respectively, William is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and brings that professional and friendly touch to property valuation which is rarely seen in the industry. William is kept busy by his two daughters Jessica and Scarlett running them around to gymnastics and swimming. This limits his double bass playing but Gerald still gets attention now and then and proudly sits in the corner of the dining room!

    JULIA JORDAN - OPERATIONS MANAGER
    'The General', every business has one of these! Julia is our organiser of lives and there isn't much she can't arrange in about 5 seconds flat. She is the driver behind the scenes who produces our beautiful looking marketing campaigns with care and runs the busy schedules of our teams to precision. Julia's long career has seen her work in large organisations to efficient, smaller family run estate agencies so we're delighted she's here! When not creating smoke from her typewriter (sorry keyboard!) she enjoys the country life including long walks with her mad dog Brock and a relentless mum taxi service to her two children involving football, cricket and dancing. Dancing is something Julia still likes to partake in particularly on company outings. Rumour has it she'll performs the splits...but only at the Christmas party!

Born and raised in Loughborough Rachel has two girls to keep her busy where walking the family dog Boo gets them out and about, but we really think she should be entering a triathlon soon with Pilates, swimming and running regular past-times!

      Although it has taken nearly 8 months to get to completion due to various reasons, mainly the failure of a four buyer chain at the last minute, we have eventually exchanged contracts with completion due on 18th of this month and I would like to provide you with some feedback.
