    Established in 1996 by husband and wife team, Lynda Hearne and Lyndon Le Boutillier, Hearnes has now become one of the most successful and respected estate agencies in Dorset and Hampshire.

    Right from the start, Lynda and Lyndon set out to change people's perceptions of estate agents; to prove that friendliness and professionalism can go hand in hand; to be open and straightforward and always ready to help; to show that the technology of the digital age and the traditional values of independence and service were perfectly compatible; be responsive and accountable and live up to every promise we made.

    In short, to take the usual stresses and strains out of buying, selling, and letting, and make the whole process as simple and straightforward as you've a right to expect.

    Lynda was educated locally at Talbot Heath School, completed her A levels at Millfield School and obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees at Loughborough University. Her competitive nature has always driven her to succeed, highlighted by 12 years of competition in athletics at national level and twice running the London Marathon! Her time spent at a subsidiary of PepsiCo led her to fully understand the need for service excellence.

    Lyndon was brought up and educated in Bedfordshire where his father ran his own business. Lyndon's career in Estate Agency began in 1982 when he worked for Taylors, a subsidiary of Hambro Countrywide. He soon became Area Manager and in 1993 moved to the Bournemouth area, still working for the Hambro Group. After further success as Regional Manager, Lyndon recognised the need to move the business focus to the clients without the restrictions and inflexibility of a corporate agency.

    Lynda and Lyndon were married in 1998 and have since been blessed with the arrival of four children, Jordan, Noah, Samuel and Grace.

    Anthony Holtom and Sally Gravener, Directors of Hearnes in Ringwood, are Ringwood residents and support the local people and business' in every way they can. Anthony and Sally have created a pro active estate agency office with tailored marketing suitable for all property types. The double fronted office is situated in a prominent town centre location with a large amount of window space to advertise their properties.

    Andrew Webb - Letting Director
    Andrew (Andy) has 27 years experience in the property sales and lettings industry, and was previously a director of his own Estate Agency in Southampton. He is ARLA qualified, has an unwavering passion for the property business, and in his own words firmly believes that exemplary customer service combined with a thorough knowledge of property and legislation are of paramount importance in a modern lettings agency. He is married to Michelle with two children, Phoebe and Alex and enjoys coaching football, reading and having fun with the family.

    Stacey Harding - Letting Consultant
    Stacey has lived in Ferndown her whole life having attended Hampreston and Ferndown Schools and is very family orientated. She previously worked in hospitality and management and spent three years as an Officer with Princess Cruises learning a great deal people's expectation levels of quality service and communication. Stacey joined Hearnes in 2011 and is currently studying to become ARLA qualified. She owns her own horse which takes up a great deal of her spare time.

    Chris Roberts - Letting Consultant
    Chris grew up in the Wimborne area and has property in his blood, having lived through his parents numerous property refurbishments. Chris has an excellent background in customer service, previously working for the John Lewis Partnership in both Ringwood and Parkstone. A keen sportsman, at weekends you'll find Chris either playing football for his local team, or in milder months playing a very good standard of cricket for Dorset.

    Christina Barnes - Assistant Property Manager
    Christina started as a sales and lettings negotiator in 2010 in her home town of Lytchett Matravers. She has an extensive knowledge of the Poole area having lived here all her life and having studied at Poole High School. She has always worked in a customer facing role and enjoys the challenges a property manager entails. Christina has 2 children who are now in school and she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her family and socialising with friends.

    Lyndon Le Boutillier - Founder and Owner
    Born and bred in Bedfordshire, Lyndon was educated at Bedford School and lived in that area until 1992 when he moved to Bournemouth. His first full-time job was as an Estate Agent in Newport Pagnell in 1982 for a highly charged independent group called Taylors. He has always been in agency and thoroughly enjoys his career. Having been involved with corporate agency for some years he felt that setting up their own company was the only real way to be able to provide the best possible service. Lyndon runs the day to day operations at Ferndown and maintains a consulting position in Ringwood. He too is a committed Christian and hobbies include fishing and golf (if he ever gets the time between running the children around!)

    Lynda Le Boutillier - Founder and Owner
    Lynda was born in England and at the age of one, moved to New Zealand with her family, staying there until she was 14. On returning to England her family settled in Bournemouth and she was educated locally at Talbot Heath School before going to Millfield School in Somerset. She then obtained a degree in Sports Science and a Master's Degree in Business Management at Loughborough University, whilst there running at national level at 400m and 800m and playing other sports to a high level. On leaving university she specialised in HR gaining further training and development qualifications and working for Pepsico. Having set up Hearnes in 1996 with Lyndon, they married and soon after had 4 children. Lynda worked full time in the company for many years and now works part time, devoting most of her time to being a wife and mother. She is a committed Christian and has a real drive and determination to succeed. Lynda still keeps very active and runs for an hour before most people have even woken up! She also coaches junior hockey and is qualified county cricket umpire. Lynda's passion for property and people means she is in her dream business and has loved watching the company grow.

    Kiri Cottrell - Senior Property Manager
    Kiri has a wealth of knowledge and experience in property management having spent many years working for a housing association. She is a landlord herself and as such is well placed to deal with any tenancy issues and to advise both landlords and tenants on all aspects of property management.
